ok first off this plugin and xml will only be fully operational if your allegiance has been permitted.

To install this is the info you need:
1. First disable decal, and uninstall any old version of Meginjarder you happen to be using.
2.GET MJ HEREInstall that MSI file. should install version 3.0.0.12.
3. Now you need to download the file used for our particular group. otherwise you'd get error messages while logged on. You need one of the 2 xml files listed below. The first one includes the IRC capabilities, the 2nd has IRC removed. Choose which you prefer.
Right-click on the file you want, and save it to your C:\ drive.
NOTE: some people using Vista encountered an IRC error. It was also reported to be fixed by turning off the UAC (under user accounts) and installing Meginjarder as admin, and running decal as an admin.

4. Now you need to navigate through your C: drive to the Meginjarder folder. The default is c:\program files\Meginjarder\. Once there, you can delete the original Meginjarder.xml file. Then go get the one you downloaded, and place it here. (Copy/paste) (saving directly from website to the meginjarder folder doesn't seem to work)
Congratulations, you should now be able to use meginjarder ingame. Go try. if you have any errors, ask.
